Refund policy

Items returned in their original conditions can be refunded via the original method of payment or exchanged within 21 days. The tags must still be on the item/s in order for us to ensure they’re in its original and unworn condition. The item/s must also be sent back in original packaging.

Gift cards or gift receipts are only valid for exchange. Our credit notes and gift crunchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. None of the above affects your statutory rights.

In the interest of public health and hygiene, earrings are excluded from our refund policy.

We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on altered, customised or personalised jewellery such as name plate necklaces etc.

If you wish to cancel an order, you can do so at any point before we have sent out a shipping confirmation email. Please contact info@showoff.com with your name, address and your order number.

It is the customers responsibility to send it back to us and it remains the customers responsibility until the item/s reaches us. For your own protection we recommend that you send the item/s using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

Original shipping costs will not be refunded and you must also send the item/s back to us at your own cost.
