Shipping policy

All orders made will follow up with a confirmation email and a tracking number. For UK customers, we aim to deliver within 4 to 5 working days. Please note during peak periods such as bank holidays and Christmas, there may be some delays but we will keep you informed via email if anything changes with your order. If you have not received your order within 10 working days then please contact us info@showoff.com with your order number in the subject line. 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS 

For international customers, please allow 7-15 working days to receive your order. Please note, order processing times may be longer during the holidays. All international orders will be provided with tracking information. Please use the tracking information provided to view the status of your order. If you have not received your order within 30 working days then please contact us at info@showoff.com with your order number in the subject line. Orders to Canada are currently delayed due to the Canadian Postal Strike.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING ANY FEES AFTER WE HAVE SHIPPED THE ITEM, E.G. IMPORT CHARGES. THESE VARY COUNTRY TO COUNTRY, SO PLEASE CHECK YOUR TRACKING AND CONTACT THE SHIPPING COMPANY FOR MORE INFORMATION.

WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR A DELAY IN SHIPMENT CAUSED BY WEATHER CONDITIONS, POSTAL STRIKES, INTERNATIONAL CUSTOM ISSUES OR ANY OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, STOLEN, DAMAGED OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS MARKED AS DELIVERED BUT YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT, PLEASE CONTACT THE CARRIER OF THE PACKAGE TO OPEN AN INVESTIGATION. WE WILL NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR ORDERS LOST BEYOND OUR CONTROL - PLEASE CONTACT THE COURIER OF THE PACKAGE FOR DELIVERY UPDATES OR TO OPEN AN INVESTIGATION.
